Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "we999com", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the we999com online gaming platform accessible at we999com.app and all associated services, features, and software.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the we999com platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on we999com to access real-money gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their we999com Account for the purpose of placing wagers, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins credits, or other non-deposited value credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering and validity conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, or sports betting market available on the we999com platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by we999com to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of registered Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all real-money transactions on we999com.

By accessing the we999com platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the we999com Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the we999com platform and must not create a Player Account or place any wager.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and we999com. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain a Player Account at we999com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. we999com strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned subject to verification.
• You are a natural human person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and scripts are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a Player Account suspended, terminated, or self-excluded at we999com.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not being treated for a gambling disorder, and you are not registering in violation of any self-exclusion agreement or court order.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the we999com platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we999com identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — all accounts may be suspended, balances consolidated, and appropriate deductions applied in line with the bonus abuse provisions of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your we999com Account credentials, including your username and password. we999com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

You agree to:

• Not share your Account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Notify we999com support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure you log out from your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

we999com will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials. Wagers placed by any person using a Player's Account credentials — whether authorised or not — are the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.

All financial transactions on we999com are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we999com does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks)

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of transaction confirmation, subject to payment provider processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. we999com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. This requires submission and approval of:

• A government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
• Proof of residential address where required by we999com's compliance team.

Verified withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed on the payments page at the time of request. we999com targets sub-five-minute processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.

we999com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

we999com periodically offers bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are valid for the time period specified at the time of issue. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• we999com reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it, including but not limited to cases of suspected abuse or system error.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a Player Account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly converted to withdrawable funds after full fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.
• we999com reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings from a Player's Account where it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies, or exploitation of game weightings to circumvent wagering requirements.

All bets placed on we999com — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, or sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Platform, except where we999com explicitly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific product.
• we999com reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed failure, or human error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international matches). We reserve the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel within the we999com platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each wager and may be adjusted by we999com at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we999com platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting product.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unearned winnings. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access we999com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that, in we999com's reasonable opinion, constitutes abuse of the platform's staff, support agents, or other Players.

we999com is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence that mandates the provision of meaningful responsible gaming tools and player protection measures. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they are automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net wagering activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the we999com platform may submit a self-exclusion request to our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

we999com staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may apply protective restrictions to Player Accounts at their discretion where there is reasonable concern for the welfare of a Player. This may include reducing deposit limits, suspending promotional offers, or initiating a responsible gaming review. The Platform strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will immediately close any Account where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

All content on the we999com platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, visual design, and proprietary gaming data — is the intellectual property of we999com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the we999com platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the we999com platform.
• Use any we999com trademark, trade name, or branding in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or imply affiliation without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we999com's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

we999com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform availability caused by factors beyond we999com's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any tax liabilities arising in connection with winnings or transactions on the we999com platform. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit we999com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

we999com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at login.

The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document. If you continue to use the we999com platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we999com's international gaming licence is issued. This choice of law does not deprive Pakistani Players of any mandatory consumer protections afforded under Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Any dispute arising between a Player and we999com that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Section 14) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory bodies specified under we999com's gaming licence terms. Players may also have the right to seek recourse through the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.

we999com is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the Platform, please follow the process below:

1. Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the we999com support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.
2. Acknowledgement: we999com will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of submission.
3. Investigation: Your complaint will be investigated by a qualified support agent within five (5) business days. Complex complaints requiring review by the compliance or payments team may take up to fourteen (14) business days.
4. Resolution: We will provide a written response outlining our findings and any remedial action taken. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body as described in Section 13.
